Carrie as a Personal Trainer and How it Works
Personal Training with Coach Carrie

Let’s Get You Moving the Right Way
Personal training is your time to focus on moving better, feeling stronger, and building the kind of fitness that fits into your life. With me, it’s not about the “perfect” workout it’s about finding what works for your body and your goals, and making sure you feel confident doing it.
This is a separate service from my health, life, and wellness coaching. If you’re already a coaching client, you can absolutely add personal training to your plan for a full mind-and-body approach but you don’t have to be in coaching to train with me.

Philosophy
Carrie approaches fitness with the belief that every body is unique and deserves a program that works with it, not against it. She doesn’t believe in cookie-cutter workouts or chasing extremes—instead, she designs training that adapts to a client’s energy, goals, and even hormonal cycles, so progress feels natural and sustainable.
Her philosophy is rooted in strength first: building muscle, improving mobility, and creating a foundation that supports long-term health. She emphasizes form, injury prevention, and confidence in movement so clients can feel strong not only in the gym but in everyday life.
Carrie also teaches that fitness isn’t punishment—it’s a tool for empowerment. She celebrates small wins, encourages listening to the body, and reminds clients that progress can look different for everyone. For her, training is about creating a lifestyle of strength, resilience, and balance, not just short-term results.
